Pricing

G&L Metal Polishing's rate is an industry low at $40 an hour. I can't give you an exact quote over the phone. The best I can do is a "ball park" figure. After your parts arrive, I'll give you a call with a proper estimate for your approval. Occasionally when I clean parts I find corrosion you might not have noticed. You will be notified immediately of any problems.

Basic Nova Parts Pricing

Get your original grille and moldings restored
1. 62-67 grilles $175-$225
2. Side moldings $300-$400 (includes paint work)
3. Headlight Bezels $75-$100 a pair
4. 62-67 rear window stainless $100-$125
5. 62-67 Front window stainless $50-$75

Remember! G&L restores aluminum and stainless parts for all antique and classic cars. Call for pricing.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time normally is 3 to 8 weeks. All jobs are completed in the order they are received. Please plan ahead. Don't wait until the last minute. Rushing will result in a lower quality job. Remember G&L is all about quality work.

Shipping/Shipping Tips

G&L Metal Polishing will ship your parts back to you via UPS Ground. You will be notified of shipping charges. since I work on your hard to find parts, use a proper shipping container. This is what I recommend.
1. Body side moldings (plastic pipe)
2. Grilles (wooden crate)
3. Use plenty of packing material for protection
4. Provide adequate insurance. I'll do the same on returning your parts.
5. Always put a note with your job that includes your name, address, phone number and email address.
6. If you're within driving range, feel free to drop off your job in person. I've had customers drive as far as 4 hours one way!

Payment

Upon completion of your job you will be notified. Money orders, certified checks and personal checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to George Lucas. Cash is gladly accepted.
