Strip Off Existing Paint (If Any)
Clean Parts Of Grease, Dirt Ect
Remove Anodizing
Remove Dents & Straighten
On Heavily Sand Blasted parts, Start with 80 Grit Down to 240
Grit sandpaper Flap Wheels
Prepare Parts For Final Polishing Using Sisal Wheel &
Black Cake Rouge
Final Polishing
Clean off Excess Rouge
Paint If Requires
Clean Parts Of Grease, Dirt Ect
Remove Dents & Straighten
Sand Down Parts With Expander Wheel Using 220 & 320 Grit Sandpaper
Prepare For Final Polishing using Sisal Wheel, Then Spiral
Sewn Wheel With Gray Koukour Rouge
Final Polishing
